Good morning to you too Carol.
Exercise is wonderful: I'm now training for a marathon in February. How symbolic, right?
As W dropped our D off this morning, there was some tension, so my endurance was tested again. Sorry to hear yesterday wasn't so great for you. Keep doing good things for yourself!

Drmweaver, wow I could never run that far. I can rollarblade though, I experience too much back pain when I run. It's something I've tried to change, but I can't. I would love to run a marathon, good luck, I'm sure you'll do well.
