Zark off Nippy.

They're mostly harmless.

I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?

JLS and T&L - OUT OUT OUT!!!!

You said PLEASE.

You said THANK YOU.

This is a REVOLUTION!

Statements must echo disparaging comments about the increase of standards in Idiotville

- OR -

They must be revolting.

>Earthlings in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe?

Yeah. But it was Earth they were talking about...it was the solitary entry for our blue-green planet. Zark off was in it, also...quite a lot, too. There was also all kinds of gin and tonics...with all kinds of spellings...

I figured you would JLS. We seem to like the same reads (JLS)....JLS....

BTW: My 16 year old just read JLS. He said, "Mom, you have to read this book..." Um okay. Checked it out at the library when I was like, 13.....hehe!

My DD15 still won't read it(JLS). And she wouldn't touch Hitchhiker. At least she's got Harry Potter and we got that in common. And those movies are great too.

Well, really off to bed, will be up til 4 AM tonite. Goodnite again, really. I'm gonna be banned again anyway for this "serious" talk about books and stuff.

neak,

You are not replaced. They feel that they can replace you because of your lack of standards. That makes you welcome here. Peruse above. Talk of books and there merits. Bleah. The neighborhood is going to pot.

Where is the OVERINDULGENCE???? Where is the INNUENDO??? Where is the quasi-revolting behavior that is strangely compelling?

You are welcome in MY town.

I am officially MODERATING out this book talk as counter-productive.

There is no "yin" in TuckTummyVille. Only runaway "yang."

neak, I christen you the wearer of the official town tee-shirt emblazoned with the town motto:

ALL MOTOR AND NO RUDDER

Wear it proudly. Unless you feel compelled to frolic. At which point you can still wear it, but not as a shirt.

It is OK to wear it whilst cavorting. But on odd days it must be inside out. Unless that becomes a standard. In which case you must wear it rightside in and wrongside out one even days, which of course are the ones divisible by prime numbers.

See how it works? If you do, then THAT is when you must go.

Some just don't take the hint.

JUSTUSS - Where is my "BITE ME"???? Don't make me bring out the vaunted double-dog-dare.

>"BITE ME"????

I'd give you one, but:

1. It'd make Nippy way jealous
2. You've developed quite enough following as it is, thank you very much....there's no need to go and give you an even higher self image.

NCW, if we have an official town tee-shirt that becomes a uniform which is a standard.

Although, I really, really want a tee-shirt with ALL MOTOR AND NO RUDDER on it.

I saw a girl wearing a tee-shirt at the university the other day and it said:

I SEE DUMB PEOPLE

I really wanted it.

The tshirt I saw that I wanted said:

Classic.

NCW, I must appreciate the delicious irony of your addressing this comment to a newly-published author, with a 2nd book due out soon! Poor Neak. So young to be disowned by your mother on the same day your lifework is labeled "counter-productive." Hubba hubba. Even I didn't work THAT fast!!!

AND

I might add for all of you to see, exactly which thread remained on page one on Friday night.

While some other thread fell by the wayside to page ... Oh, I don't know. As I am a little to classy to go past page 1. So's I don't know what page that other place fell to.

Do they have a page 100? Well it's on it.
