SO....now that I have more energy and actually feel like a human again (chemo su*#s) I told our interim youth director that if she needed any more people for high school camp, I was free. God must have a sense of humor because tomorrow a.m. I am heading to the east side of the state (where it's HOT-and one of my chemo side effects is HOT FLASHES...gotta love it) to be a cabin leader with 8 girls.

I had always planned to be involved with the youth group once DS15 was in high school.

Nothing like jumping in with both feet.

We have 70 kids going from our church and will be with another church while we are there.

This will be my chance to see high school kids when they are not in captivity (I teach high school) <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Prayers for safe travel and for all that God has planned for these young folks (and johnstwin) are appreciated.

Thanks
