So, I need to get more background on the OM. I did a background check on him through a website a while back but I'm sure a PI can get me much more. The lawyer I spoke to has a PI that she says can do it for somewhere for $300-$500.
Isn't there a cheaper option? Somewhere online? Something?
I REALLY need to dig deeper to see who this guy is that's around my son and for a possible custody situation.
Thanks for any and all advice.
Also, the lawyer said I can't do ANYTHING in terms of getting my son back into the home or any kind of restraining orders unless I file for a divorce first. Any lawyers or legal gurus that can confirm this? I'm in Texas.
