OK, I can't be the only person....I know of one other...and there are bound to be more! From what I've heard, it is the most popular day of the year for weddings in the U.S.

So, who got married on Valentine's Day?

Pariah, cut us some slack....many of us weren't much more than kids when we got married. I was 21, had graduated from college, and had a full-time job.

BTW, must you be such a snarky curmudgeon?

I was never married on Valentines Day. But I know someone who was....

My ex wife.... "Java the Hut" (That's her new nickname)She got married on February 14th 1996.

The Judge signed our divorce decree... April 26th 1996.

We had our final hearing on January 3rd 1996. The judge said...."Mr. Amazin, Mrs. Java, I'm going to grant the divorce today. But I'm not going to sign the decree until Mrs. Java, you do A, B, & C.

Needless to say Dumb A$$ Java never did A, B, or C. Then went and got married. When she told me she got re-married I asked her if she thought we should get divorced first? She said Huh? I said the Judge isn't going to sign our divorce decree until you do A, B, and C.

And she would never have done A, B, or C until she realized she had her fatt butt in a bear trap and it was about to snap shut!

Duh... Can you say bigamy?

I know a couple getting married tomarrow the 14th and the relationship started from an affair! They were coworkers. Now one of them works with me and its all I can do to not say something. It stings but I dont really know them or the situation

Some years ago BC (before children), H and I went to Vegas for V Day.
The casinos were full of brides dressed in full bride regalia - gambling.

We had so much fun that day grin

I got married on Valentines Day. It sounded so romantic at the time. Now it's not so romantic. Very painful. I spent most of today in bed. I wonder if it will ever be a romantic holiday ever again.

I really hope Wex-S thinks about me on this day for many years to come.

I don't recommend it to anyone. Get married in June.
