You are playing with your sig other's hair and say, "do you like that?" Sig. Other says, "I don't know." No expression, no eye contact, nothing.... This is a trend - Indifference to affection. What is that? Why?

I would have to wonder why the SO is emotional unavailable?

Was your H indifferent in this same way prior to his A?

OR Has this become gradually worse since beginning recovery?

Is "sig other" your husband?

FBS? Wuzzat?

That reaction of your spouse suggests that there might have been something on his mind. Anything from an OW to what was on TV. Only one way to find out smile.

SO = Husband

And then there was the comment, Me - "I want to cuddle" H - "I'm available every night" WTF! Can't we just speak plainly? Do we have to have these cutting remarks that could mean just about anything.

These types of comments are the exact reason I stay on the fence. He's not consistant and he's so distant. He likes to think he's affectionate and doing all the right things and would have no problem telling anyone that. Ugh!

It's a way to make me crazy so that we can continue the cycle of a bad marriage.
