Comeback2me,

That is awesome! I have actually been working on a Valentine scavenger hunt for my long term bf. I do have to admit it is rather difficult.

I have been developing riddles that I am going to select as random places in the house and outside of the house. When he finds the gift he will receive another riddle that will lead him to the next. Each time he reaches his destination, he will receive a very small token of affection (i.e., a hershey's kiss, a collage of pictures of us throughout our relationship, etc). I am thinking that I may do 4 clues with a final small poem as the 5th gift.

Anything that anyone wants to add, feel free, or if you have any ideas.

Scavenger hunts are a fun thing - I did this for my wife two birthdays ago...I wrote a cute poem to start out, and get her to the first location from our house.

I picked a couple of her favorite stores - like Target and Goodwill(my wife is thrifty!!) and actually had them hold the "small gifts" behind the counter. Each surprise had the next clue in it in the form of a poem. (the girl at GW wanted to come with her to find out where the whole thing ended!)

I ended the hunt for her at Chuck E. Cheese Pizza with all of our married friends. We had a blast playing games, and for those of us with kids - it was great!!!

This is a great idea! My hubby usually leaves for work before I do, and leaves little notes for me in my car in the morning. Gives my a warm fuzzy to start my day.
