Anyone successfully install flexispy on an iphone 3G S

I have a question about getting the phone ready to have the software installed.
I don't think I can "jailbreak" it.

Anyone who knows about this kind of stuff out there who can guide me?

Flexispy specifies that the iPhone must be jailbroken. Since doing so is pretty obvious to the user (unless they have done the jailbreaking), I'd say you're out of luck.

Sorry.

I thought I could jailbreak it without it being obvious.
I can't?

Well...I am really not technology-minded. In other words, I don't have a clue. I bought the thing already but the phone cannot be jailbroken -- at least not by their directions. So I think I'm going to have to return it. Unless, they give me different instructions...but honestly it can't be obvious that it's been messed with or it defeats the purpose.

J
ailbroken refers to making it possible to put software on the phone that isn't put out by apple. (from what I understand. I am learning all this as I go)

Agh! I don't know how to confirm no-contact. I don't know how to snoop.

The voice recorder is cheap easy to install (duct tape or velcro if your fancy)

It won't help you with the texting but you can get WS side of the conversation ..... put it under the dash as close to the steering wheel as you can ...if you get a plug in mic then it's easier to hide....

Get a voice activated type......

Best part is it's easy and you can have it up and running tomorrow

Where do I get a voice recorder?
Can I buy it at a store locally?
I don't think he talks on the phone very much though. But it still may be worth it.

I need help with my verifying skills!

My husband communicated with OW by text and email. When I discovered he quit text messaging and secretly made a new email account...I found that but not by spying-- my 1yo grabbed my husbands phone and turned it on and brought it to me and sure enough there it was...

Since he knows I look at his phone bill he isn't text messaging OW (well that and he's promised N/C so let us hope that he isn't contacting her at all anyway)
BUT when I look at his cell bill there are a ton of "internet" connections. I mean several...and at odd hours. I understand it could be from automatic updates coming to his phone...but it feels very strange to me. I get an "internet connection" on my iphone bill too sometimes at 2:30 am when I know I was actually in bed-- but he has SEVERAL of them. ????

So I wonder if he has some way of text messaging or communicating in a similar way through the internet but so it will not show up on his phone bill as a text or phone call.
???

Any ideas? Suggestions?

He has an iphone and his computer has a wireless keyboard so I don't know if that matters?

So for example...when I look at the cell phone bill for lastnight this is what I see:
(now he was in bed with me during this time...I didn't hear him get out of bed and as the momma in the house I'm usually a light sleeper. But the facts remain this is on his phone bill for last night...I need to figure out what he is doing and I don't know how to do that without the flexispy. Maybe these are some kind of automatic upgrades or something??? Again I get about once a night on my phone bill-- not this many.)
What do you guys think?

I got a voice recorder at radio shack. It was $50. You can get them at pretty much any electronics store.

My WW gets the same thing on her phone but only during the days she works. It drives me crazy not knowing what it is. Probably 20 a day. She doesn't get good service so I wonder if it's the phone searching for service but I don't know and this is my main reason for still wondering if she is contacting OM.
