Hi, kgm. Is your ex-wife still having an affair the with public official? How's your daughter doing? Has it started to affect your son?

When my custody agreement was changed, we started with the one we already had and made modifications to it. My state has a fairly detailed standard agreement that most people start with and then go from there. Maybe you could try Googling <YourState> Custody Agreement and see what shows up?

Here's a link to the Delaware custody guidelines.

Delaware is a state that promotes 50/50 shared custody. If you look at the guidelines, it recommends a contact schedule that changes as the child age changes. Very forward thinking on their part.
