If you have the money, I have been looking at different auto devices that either keep someone from taking the car (have a spouse going to meet an AP?) or for tracking. Some of these might be redundant. If so, forgive me...

This device installs for about 400bucks and has a "plug" that needs to be inserted in order for the car to start. Not sure how practical it might be, but is an idea if your spouse likes sneaking out at night...

This one I kind of like. It's a GPS tracker, but also has a starter interrupt (kills the ability to start the vehicle):

YOu can check this via PC, receive text updates, activate the program for 24 hours, 7 days, etc... no monthly fees and they even let you rent one instead of buying it I believe.

Another gps/starter interrupt.

I haven't used these, so can't verify them. they look good though
