Dentist not guilty of sexual discrimination for firing assistantThe cause given for the firing, at least by the media, is that she was "too attractive." But the facts of the case include that his wife wanted the assistant to go. This is a circumstance in which Dr. Harley recommends that an employment be terminated - after all, all arrangements a married person makes should be subject to the policy of joint agreement. Marriage outranks the Iowa Supreme Court, if you ask me, but it's good to see the validation.
