and 16 months into Recovery......
Things are going GREAT!
17 months ago I would never been able to say that I thought this was how things would work out.
My FWH is even so much better than he was 8 months ago....actually....we both are.
The communication is better than ever. The time he spends with myself and our daughters....together and seperately is so much more than it used to be. The attentiveness and affection is 200% better......and our outlook on life is WAY better than it ever has been.
(EX: Just the other night H brought me flowers....and I hadn't even hinted.....and the next day I was sick so he called in sick at work and stayed home to take care of our daughters......what a difference.)
I very rarely ever think about my FWH's A or the OW anymore.....they are our past....and we are looking forward to our future together. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />
Our children are thriving now that "Daddy" has made it clear that he isn't going anywhere and they see every day that "Mommy" and "Daddy" are happy and very much in love.
My trust issues are still there.....but he does his part in accounting for his time and assuring and sometimes proving that he is devoted to me and me only.
I don't know what I would have done if I had not found this site. <small>[ February 11, 2003, 09:37 AM: Message edited by: Miss Priss ]</small>

Hi Miss Priss,
What an enouragement today. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
I am beginning this journey of recovering from my H's two EAs. <img border="0" alt="[Teary]" title="" src="graemlins/teary.gif" />
Your post gives me even more hope that our M can survive. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Thanks for the update Miss Priss!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
I'm very happy that those issues are clearing up (or at least have been POJA'd). <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />
I wish I could have the same positive marital update, however, my situation turned VERY bad. As far as me and the boys though... we're doing really well now. One day at a time. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Good to read a POSITIVE update... We're nearing the 2 year mark as well... things do seem to be getting 'gooder and gooder!'
Continued happiness!
