Lately I am irritated with my husband and am disappointed with how he handles things.

I will share one good thing he did today:

When I told him about being upset at work and typing an inappropriate text to the MS Teams coordinator, he thought it was great, and he laughed. I had been worried for days about it. He understood and thought it was funny.

He laughed at your posting an inappropriate text. Is that enough to counter the things he does that irritate and disappoint you?

Care to talk? Obviously you came here for that reason.

Sugar Cane, Thanks for answering my post. I am sorry for taking so long to come back. No it is not enough. You are right - I did come here hoping to talk. My inappropriate text at work was about no one could see or hear me. It was to another same gender person and not flirtatious, but I was terrified I'd said the wrong thing, and my husband thought it was funny. I don't know that anyone else would, and I was reaching out, that maybe others had one good thing to say, too, I felt alone for years, trying to keep my marriage going, and have been inspired by other women here to keep going. A lot of the time I think I have wasted 10 more years of my life caring about a husband who does not consider how his actions impact me and does not think before he acts.He is not a team player, and is hard-wired against Policy of Joint Agreement, though I tried for years. My now teenage kids would be hurt by a divorce, but I want to move forward and not be hurt by him anymore.
