A little is ok , but not very often........<P>Lemon is a <B>diuretic</B> and will cause you to lose too much water!<P>You can become <B>dehydrated</B> very easily,<BR>so please be careful with the lemon water.<P>Don't want anyone to get sick now do we.<BR><P>------------------<BR>Peg

Peg,<P>Lemon is my favorite dressing for my daily salads, I use it in soups, teas and yes, lots of lemonades. Every single day. In parties I also like it in my rum & coke, with my tequila or in my beer [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] <P><B>Because it is a diuretic I lose water of course</B> (that's why I drink water all day!). My kidneys are as clean as white, my bladder works fine, thank you, and I sweat enough when it's hot outside, keeping my pores clean too [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] <P><B>Lemon also has lots of Vitamin "C"</B> that we all know is <B>one of the best antioxidants, is good for your skin</B> and to top it all feeds many families in California, Florida, Baja California and the Yucatan peninsula to mention just a few [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] <P>I say have lots of lemon, going to the bathroom more often won't hurt you a bit [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] <P>Alex<P>------------------<BR><B>Live fully and always learn</B>
