Hi Everyone! Just thought I should let you know that I'm home , happy , and with a brand new son, CJ who was born May 2 weighing in at 8 lbs. 2 oz, and 21 and 3/4 inches. Still haven't been taken off of bedrest since my blood pressure is so high but we are surviving. I do have to say that this experience has been a challenge to any marriage and I truly am thankful of all my h's done to make this work, it hasn't been easy but if ever there was a way to test our relationship and it's stability I think this was it! <BR>Anyhow, things are still well and we are still going strong, I'm more thankful every day that God saw fit to give me the strength to make this work and we are all happy!<BR>Thank you, my MB friends for all your prayers and good wishes! <P>------------------<BR>Chick's <BR>Bren<P>You won't see things until your ready to not be blind!

Congratulations Chicks and family.<P>My son was due May 10th 1991. He was born May 28th 1991 (section). He weighed close to 10 lbs.!!!! It was the hottest May in years. <P>I remember how he smelled. Thanks to one and all for the congratulations, I'm sorry I didn't post back right away but I'm sure you all understand! It's been a major blessing for me to take the time off from the board due to not being able to get on line, doesn't mean I don't miss my friends........But the pain of last year has lessened, though not to completely disappear....It is good to know where we've been and where we are headed, and know that they are all good things! <BR>It's funny but my break from the board helped him too, he now talks out loud about the problems we had back then that he would hedge on about!<BR>Anyhow, the baby,,,,,,,,he's a beaut, been very good to his mother and allows me to sleep and all! Makes funny little squeeky noises, funny little faces and fills my days with amazement. I try to not let him dominate the household, though he trys! and his father and I are doing well! We are planning to spend some time alone this weekend though, a good plan I'm sure, just hard to do with a new little one!
