I am not the best person for advice, there are others here who are wiser. However, please know that the feelings you have are a normal reaction to being decieved, regardless of whether there is sex or not.

But as for him saying he didn't have sex, well, I'd be suspicious. In my town, there is a massage therapist in the local medical building. Ask your physician for ideas to legitimate massage therapists. I betcha they know the reputable ones from the seedy ones.

(Also, Disneyworld is a great place for a legitimate massage).

I guess my point is that its only "a double life" like your husband says, when there is sex involved. If he wasn't engaging in illcit activity, he would not have tried to hide it.
