FINALLY!

Went to court today and got the house & contents (and everything else) in my name. Only took a year for the lawyer to get an ad in the paper for 4 weeks...
Now on to the refinancing...

What do ya' call 500 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?

A good start!

Chris,

I'm really happy that I wasn't drinking anything that would have come flying out my nose...

Congratulations. Crack open a Pepsi tonight to celebrate!

Hey, congrats!

Here's my lawyer joke of the day. "People have such a bad image of lawyers. Unfair really...It is just a terrible shame that 99% of them give the rest a bad name!"

One day a guy went to an antique shop and saw a brass rat. He wanted to purchase it. The shop owner warned him that 2 or 3 people had bought this brass rat and promptly returned it. He said this would be a final sale and there would be no returning the product. The guy agreed and bought the brass rat.
After a few hours the guy returned to the antique store. The store owner reminded him that he would not take the brass rat back. The guy said "that's not why I'm here". The store owner asked him what had happened the guy said "After I left the store first 1, then 2, then 20, then 100s, then 1000s of rats started following me. I went to a pier and threw the brass rat into the sea. All the rats following me jumped into the sea as well. Now I'm here to see if you have a brass lawyer"

Good for you Chris.... Here is mine...
Did you hear that they replaced lawyers for rats in lab experiments? There is more of em and you don't get so emotionally attached....
