I have been on this board since August 1999.

From the depths of emotional drowning I have finally got my life back and am so very happy.

I thank all of you who remember me and posted your help.

It has taken 4 years to get my husband, the father of our four children to be financially legally responsble for our children, to understand that it is over. The settlement agreement was signed yesterday, the actual divorce will be signed next week (but only a techicality!) Until 10 minutes before signing he was still playing games and not doing anything in good faith. He is still playing the victim, but this no longer washes as so many know he is a pathetic pathalogical liar!

X is still with OW (5 and a half years after he got involved with her she is now 30!), has no friends of any worth...still trying to control everything and setting the kids up to damage their relationship with me....no longer works well as the young adults have learnt that I was not who I was painted to be, and that they behaved poorly and want me in their life . X will still have no communication with me at all, despite the fact we have 4 children!

I have moved...same town, apartment where youngest d (now 16) and I are building great and wonderful new life and memories.. My life is great, my daughter is great, my 3 sons are struggling and x has his life and it is his problem how to deal with the fact that he got what he deserved and will forever have to live with what he did to his family......

Once again thank you

There is so much truth to this statement
Living well is the very best revenge of all. (X is green with envy how my life is so full of friends, fun etc!...tries to devalue me all the time to kids because of this too! and I could not care less....just keep enjoying and having fun!

Are you leaving us, too?

Wow, so many people are leaving, I almost wonder if I should take a hint. After all, my x left home before a lot of people here even met their spouses. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />
