My wife and I are going away this coming week for a few days alone. We have some very big issues to talk over, but we also are going to spend time with each other. Are there any good romantic movies you can recommend? Thanks!

The theaters seem to be kind of 'dry' right now on romance--unless you can find "Kate and Leopold".
On video, I love 'A Walk in the Clouds' and 'Original Sin'---cheesy romance movies but oh, so, schmaltzy wonderful.

MONSOON WEDDING is a picture from India that's wonderfully romantic. Best movie I've seen so far this year.

The all-time, best romantic movie is Return to Me starring David Duchovny and Minnie Driver (it also has Bonnie Hunt, Caroll O'Connor and a few others).
It's out on VHS/DVD - it's sweet, romantic and very funny.
