I just wanted to get this going, as I know she is VERY close and could use all the prayers she can get at this time! I remember when I was due and how frustrating it gets when you are so large that you can't do ANYTHING!!!! The last email I got from her makes me believe that she could deliver VERY soon, but she's also a little scared(has had a little spotting but is w/in 2-3 weeks of orig. due date).

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Twiisty}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

Hugs and prayers to Twiisty and her "Twiisted" family!

Love,

Tigger

Prayers for a healthy baby and an easy delivery.

Once I was at a baby shower where we made a necklace. Each bead we put on the string came with a wish that was then written down in a book. The mother wears the necklace to the delivery room. Does someone want to be the score keeper and write down our thoughts? I could string the beads and mail the necklace out if someone just keeps track of all of the thoughts. (Someone would have to give me Twiisty's address (with her consent). I could start with a couple:

1. A baby who sleeps well.
2. A clean house to come home to after the delivery.
3. Loving brothers and sisters.
4. A child who grows in faith and always knows God's love.
5. Baby poop that doesn't stink too much and a husband that does a fair amount of changing diapers. :-)

Hey Stacia,

Was that one wish or two? :-) I have to know so I know how many beads to put on the string.

Great idea MJ!!!! Here's my input!

#1--an easy going baby who will allow time for EVERYONE in the family

#2--Helpful older brother and sisters to make it easier on Mommy(ie: getting diapers, wipes, onsies etc for mommy/daddy)

I can get a small journal to write these all down in, and we can coordinate when we mail these so she gets them at the same time. I will also ask about the address thing, as I've already sent her a gift for the baby! And, as soon as I hear, I will let everyone know what's up!

Love,

Tigger

Just a quick update on the "Twiisted Baby" situation. The baby is still "cooking" as she likes to say. There had been no contact, computer wise, as there was a mishap with one of the girls, a full glass of water, and the computer monitor! Twiisty isn't sure when that will be remedied. She had an appointment today, and depending on what happens with that, she will be induced next week of the baby doesn't decide to arrive earlier than that!

I will continue to update, as I hear any updates.

As for BTDT, I would have no problem getting your "promised contribution" to her if you'd like. Let me know, and I can post my email, if you don't already have it!

i wish her husband mr. t finds her every bit as beutiful today as he did the 1st time he saw her. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> also hoping he is the kind of dad that wants to help with every little bit of raising the baby. all night rockings <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" /> , diapers (both kinds) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> , feedings, and watching baby so mom can get away and relax <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="images/icons/cool.gif" /> .

fh would like to wish for her to find peace. and we both wish the t family be blessed with a healthy, easy and happy baby.

all our prayers for a easy delivery and don't forget that those drugs will make it easy on mom.

Pops and FullHouse,

What beautiful wishes for Twisty and family. You brought tears to my eyes.

I am going to make up the "necklace" tonight.

Tigger, look for me calling you out in a separate post so we can exchange contact information.

Wishing you a healthy baby and family.

I cant imagine a more exciting journey than to share this moment with those you love. Good luck and God bless.

By the way I hope the baby starts to sleep through the night very quickly. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> But if your like me you cant wait for them to wake up so you can hold them again. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

From a fellow Louisianan, I wish for her and the family and cool, humid free summer to make those baby times fun and easy. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

Adding my prayers for a healthy baby and easy delivery for Twiisty!!

(Pops, you sound like a very understanding sweety hubby <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> , but I gotta disagree with the drugs. I had one birth with drugs, 2 without, and the drugged birth took me 5 times longer to recover from. I'm an all-natural kinda girl! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> )

Twiisty, God be with you and your family. (Maybe the computer crash was His way of giving you more family time--just a thought.)

Love,
J

My wish for you and Baby is that God blesses your baby with (1) ten fingers, ten toes, (2) a lion heart filled with compassion, (3) a lighthearted and cheerful personality, (4) a high intellect and a curious mind and (5) a smile that would melt ice and make birds sing.

My wish for YOU is that you have an easy delivery.
