Here's something to make you feel better;

--If You Think You Aren't Good Enough

The next time you feel like GOD can't use you, just remember...

Noah was a drunk
Abraham was too old
Isaac was a daydreamer
Jacob was a liar
Leah was ugly
Joseph was abused
Moses had a stuttering problem
Gideon was afraid
Sampson had long hair and was a womanizer
Rahab was a prostitute
Jeremiah and Timothy were too young
David had an affair and was a murderer
Elijah was suicidal
Isaiah preached naked
Jonah ran from God
Naomi was a widow
Job went bankrupt
John the Baptist ate bugs
Peter denied Christ
The Disciples fell asleep while praying
Martha worried about everything
The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once
Zaccheus was too small
Paul was too religious
Timothy had an ulcer...

AND

Lazarus was dead!

What do you have that's worse than that?
So no more excuses!

God can use you to your full potential.
Besides you aren't the message,
you are just the messenger.

Thank you Tigger. I needed that - dwh needs it, too. Printing it out for him.

Great....now I'm singing, "They're bouncy, pouncy, bouncy, pouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, FUN! The most wunnerful thing about Tiggers IS....I'm the only one!"

Thanks! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Three questions my dear old friend--

Where was this list last year? Not bad enough my baby is probably an OC, now his name sake was a scoundrel? Seeeeee, I knew all along we should've gone with my 1st pick!!!!

J the B ate bugs? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> Learn something new everyday--well maybe I knew that and forgot. It's that age thing again.

Why didn't you add this to the one asking if us adulterers had any business going to church while we were in our sin???? (Sorry, had to get that in) Actually, it's good you started a thread just for this--it's that good!

Hope all's well Tig!

It's not an age thing, AD - the amount of memories you retain is in direct correlation to the amount of times you've given birth, I think.

The more kids = less memory.....lmao!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 times LESS memory than I used to. (hehehe)

So, in your analysis, would you say the same holds true for the percentage of gray hair? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

How are you doing--hangin' in?

hey did you know...that there is a hormone present during pregnancy that diminishes your memory? The thing is, I never got mine back after...they say it is sleep deprevation...whatever, just call me Dori, everyone else does!

(((sniff))) I would know about the grey hairs (giggle)....I've been coloring since 1987 or so. LMAO.

I knew that about the hormones, Dori (lol). There's also a hormone released so that your ligaments loosen up (so the baby can pass thru the pelvis). That's why before I had kids I was a size 6.5 shoe, and now I'm a 7.5....EVERYONE is a 7.5....d'ya know how hard it is to be "average?"

I'm okay, Tig. I've not updated my Journal in awhile, I suppose I should...right now, tho, no news is good news, right?
