Feeling hopeless is a very common feeling here. Just remember, you are NOT alone in this. Because NONE of us knew what to do before we got here, we are all trusting that Dr. Harley isn't just trying to sell books. There have been a LOT of success stories on this board in the seemingly most "Hopeless cases". So, the methods must work. You may want to speak to your Doctor about some meds. Just temporarily. Read as much as you can about this. I don't know your story, but from your profile it seem you're not sure there WAS/IS and affair. Read about the "signs" this may help. About feeling something. I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean feeling LOVE for your H, this will come back with time and work. A marriage can survive a LOT more than you think. As a couple that's been together for 50 years. They always have a few MAJOR bumps in the road. It's just part of it I guess. I read something like 75% of marriages have an affair by one of the spouses. Anyway, your heart will survive either way. And remember, you are NOT alone!!
