Anyone hear ever heard of Teen Challenge? I know that it is a Christian based rehab. Long term. That is about it. I will checking on it this week for my son.
Any thoughts?
I know someone who went through it 20 years ago, said it was a God send to him - changed his life in many ways. But that was a long time ago, I have no idea if it is still a good quality operation.

WH had a friend who was a Teen Challenge counselor for several years. This guy had no training whatsoever in counseling --- he had a degree in Accounting -- but since he was a fervent Christian he was put *in charge* of a Teen Challenge center way out in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. The kids could run away all they wanted but they always came back -- there was nowhere to go. We use to refer to the place as "The Gulag."
