What do you do for a living?

I guess I want someone else to tell me waht to do. I am ready for a change. I will turn 40 in July. With all I have been thru I am not happy with myself.

I really would like to go back to school. For what I do not know.

I bait hooks on a fishing pier.

I started as an apprentice baiter.

Working towards my goal to become a master baiter.

Seriously, you want us to tell you what to do?

I bet the answer would become clearer as you become happier with yourself. That has to come first, IMHO. Happiness comes from within. A new career won't do it alone.

That really depends on what you are interested in? Does it help to to know that I am an engineer? Probably not. I would suggest that you look at some career placement tests. These can lead you to some possibilities, then you can select a few to look into from there.

Once you have a short list, try to find someone that does each job. Literally, go to them and interview them about what their job is like. What challenges do they face everyday? That way, you get some real insight on what the job is like. Then, you can structure your education to support the job you liked the most. It is important that you like your job. Going to work everyday when you do not like what you do is not any fun.

If being an engineer is one of choices, send me an email and will talk with you!

Good Luck.
