I think the things I said to him on the phone actually made sense to him!! When he came over last night we drank a few beers & started talking. He said that I was right about some of the things that I said to him (i.e. she's his girlfriend). . . he said he didn't realize that it looked that way & that's not what he wants. He told me when he left this morning that he's got some stuff to take care of (her)!!! He said he doesn't always see things for what they really are. Now if I can just get him to realize that about us.<P>The girls were so happy to see him, they were climbing all over him & he was tickling them. . . it brings tears to my eyes to think about it. They love him so much, why can't he see that?<P>When he was leaving he said something about this feeling like his house, I said well it is your house & we're your family. I told him I believe in him & I don't want to stop loving him. I said please, please just help me to hang on to us just a little bit. I know you don't have alot to give right now, but with just a teeny bit of help from you I can hold us for now & I think someday you'll thank me for it. I don't know how you guys who get nothing at all back from your WS's do it, you're way stronger than me.<P>I know this is nowhere near the end of this mess for us, but it's a good start don't you think? She's going to be out of the picture-I hope.<P>I was feeling kind of unsure about what I was doing, & now I have a second wind to hang on. I believe in what I'm doing again. I actually feel happy!!
