Something stange just popped into my head, I have been seeing an IC for 6 mnths and my W was seeing one for a while but stopped going because her IC said he wasn't going to be able to help her, he suggested we see a counceler together. My IC said he didn't think that was a good idea and wanted us to do a four way session but my W's IC said no.

Now at my last session my IC asked me if I had noticed any changes in my W, and yes I have noticed changes. I felt very uncomfortable after that session and I over heard my W tell her good friend that "MY IC" told her she should go back to seeing her own IC. I was never told that and I didn't tell my W about that session, and my IC told me he would not talk to my W.

My question: Is my W talking with my IC?

It depends on wha the agreement is when you signed up.

Sometimes your case can be discussed anonymously (not referring to you specifically, just your situation).

I'd speak with your counselor and find out what your agreement is and also if he/she discussed it with your wife or her counselor.

If they are discussing anything about your case with anyone and they do not have your permission, I'd at least take them to the licensing board.
