Hopefully, somebody out there remembers me.....I am a former BS (my ex-husband had an affair and oc during our marriage) and I used to post here a lot, but it's been a while.

Brief Recap - I left my first husband and filed for divorce, and with our four children in tow, applied to law school. The decision to attend law school was initially motivated by my frustration with not knowing what to do legally during our custody battle with ow. Three years+ later I am married again (to a wonderful man - he was actually my ex-husband's custody attorney).

And this morning, I found out that I passed the Pennsylvania bar exam! I have to wait for my certification to come by mail, and then move for admission to the PA bar - but it's all down hill from here.

Just needed to brag a little - it has been a long, long road!

Cd, it has been many long days and nights for us all but you did it!

Married, dignity, babies, the whole thing all because you persevered. And in the meanwhile found someone to spend your life with! You tall wonderful woman.

I am so very proud of you. You did better than John-John (rest his soul) Kennedy!!!!!!!!

You are a success story and need to write a book. I still have numerous printings of your advice on *contact* to me....do you remember that questionnaire?(for my H?) I have it her somewhere since moving Lol!!! We were struggling, and you were a pioneer, alas you fought hard and were literally spit on for the effort!

It seems like yesterday when you traveled w/the kids to see oc and after all of that ...ow's Mom said oc wasn't there and ow left before you guys saw the kid!

Things went downhill from there but just look at you now!

You are an inspiration to others who feel failure and lose self worth because of this situation.

You allow others to know that you can move on and become a fabulous, deserving human being.

There was just something within *your way long ago posts* who let us see you were a special lady, and you are. You have lived a new lifetime inside of four years and I am so very happy for you.

Now. Can I have some free advise on protecting , awwwww never mind. Enjoy. you deserve it.

Congratulations CD... from one oldie to another.
So good to hear you are well. We are good too. Just got another promotion... and hubby bought me an anniversary ring today... (our anniversary isn't until November, so it was an unexpected surprise.)

Congratulation CD. You have earned it. You show everyone what can be done once you decide a path and follow it.
I hope the rest of your story is even better than you have done so far.
For those who don't know, CD really tried to save her marriage and make a good life for herself, her children, her first husband and the OC. But her H self-destructed and the rest is history.
Have a good life CD, you, your family, and the new husband who has seen you thru this.
