Hey there everyone,

I used to post here about a year ago. I was married and had an affair during a separation that led to pregnancy and now my 3 month old son. The pregnancy ended all chances of making up with my wife. At this point, I still ove my wife. I will admit at trying a relaitonship wiht the other woman, but I really can not see myself growing old with her. The initial speration with my wife was becasue we really didn't understand each other. Niether of us cheated or were abusive. We also have a 5 year old daughter. My problem is that I totally miss my wife and family and my ex won't say more than hello or goodbye to me. Does anyone have any advice?

Although it's nice to hear that you still love your wife.......you know it's not something that can easiy be overlooked.

It's like your wife gets the consolation prize or something. You had an A, got pg & then tried to actually make a relationship w/ OP & then when there was trouble in paradise you decide that you still love your W? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

No wonder she won't talk to you! Come on! How do you treat the people you hate?

How long have you been out of relationship w/ OW? AND are you going to keep in C w/ OC? What does your W (XW?) think of this? I would think that she doesn't even believe you @ this point.

BUT I have seen MANY marriages survive, heal & be restored after something like this.

I think that it will take A LOT more than just words if you are going to win her back. You will have to WOO her, court her & that will have to be something you do for the rest of your life w/ her not just until you get her back in bed or to renew your vows!

There is a BOND when people are or have been married to each other but......you did a pretty good job of severing it.

I sincerely hope that you & your wife can get past this together. I love my H more now than ever before so I know it is possible for her to regain her love for you but it does take time.......LOTS of time & patience.

PS:BEGGING helps!
