On a holiday?

I've read a lot of stories where d-day was a holiday, or very close to one.

D-day #1 PA OW#1
My H told me on New Year's Day while I was in the hospital being treated for preterm labor. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

My Birthday the next year. Rah, rah.

WS sure have a warped view of propriety. Why would they ruin such special days? GUILT, maybe?

Dday #1 for me was 2 days before my birthday. However it was not H that told, but and anonymous caller. H came clean after the phone call.

Dday #2 was a couple of days before Valentine's. Again it wasn't H that told, but OW.

For me it was Mother's Day 2003. The real kicker is that I have had 2 miscarriages and have no children of my own. So Mother's Day was already difficult for me and this adds insult to injury.

Something was worng and I asked a few questions...

My H didnt tell me. The IRS did.

After I confronted him he showed me all the court papers Jami had filled out. One of the questions was. "what was the date of conception?
her answer Aug.4th.
My H's birthday. They rented a hotel room right outside the base.

D-Day #1 the day after Christmas, it was just the general I love you but not in love speech

D-day # 2 week before my B-day busted him flat out at ow home I must say this was the worst

D-day #3 finding out about one yr old oc 4th of July 2003

dday was mothers day 2004 after a nice weekend up the coast.

It was on my oldest son's birthday.....March 24, 2004.

One year anniversary next week.

D-Day was nothing special for me, but will remain a noteable day in history for the rest of my life. According to OW due day, most probable day of conception was on our anniversary!!!! H swears it wasn't that weekend and I believe now, that it was actually 2 days later, but still, that hurts.

Labor Day weekend 2003 while we were on vacation w/OW and her H. Some vacation, let me tell you!!

It was close to Valentine's Day and NBA All-Star Weekend (a national holiday for WH apparently!). You know, I've heard of guys trying to break up with the girlfriends before Valentine's Day so they won't have to buy them anything, but this is ridiculous! Even though I wasn't in much of a mood to do anything remotely romantic, I actually bought WH a card anyway.

What made discovery extra trifling was that my baby sister discovered A before I did during the Christmas holidays that year. Ever since then, what had been a joyous occasion for our family has been tainted.
