I love this part:
As far as the law is concerned, it's her vehicle. After all, she's married to him! Poor wayward, "his" stuff got trashed by its rightful owner.
We have a lot of people here who worry if they can change the locks on their house against a wayward spouse, etc. Sometimes they dwell on fear of legal repercussions to avoid taking this completely moral and legal action. I hope they notice this!
If they took the traditional English wedding vows, his included this line:
So it was hers to do with as he deserved!
