Two people at work are discussing being the OW in a relationship.

One is currently involved as an OW, the other one has been the OW twice. They're both mid 20's and just looking for fun.

But, I want to crawl out of my seat and give them a piece of my mind.

Since I can't do that, I'm griping here.

Why don't you regale them with stories of married men dumping OW?

Because they'll twist what I said and it will come back to me as something different.

I said my piece last week and I'm done with the discussion with them.

Yeah I've seen that too. One actually asked my advice and got the scalding of her life. Oops.




It can't hurt to plant a seed in their minds but yes it may well be pearls before swine.

I'd just keep your eyes peeled for an opportunity to be truly helpful. Such as if an irate wife shows up at the workplace; greet her warmly, point her in the direction of her target and tell her where she can make the most public scene.

Is it possible to tell the BWs?

No, Indie, I don't know the BWs because they're not workplace affairs. If I did, I'd say something.
