DH = Darling (or Dear) Husband.

If the couple reconciles uses the MB principles, this is often the net result.

"Dear Husband" indicates that she no longer thinks of him as a "WH" or even "FWH." I've been known to use that nomenclature myself. My H is just my DH now.

That's what a good dose of recovery will do...

Depends on the context. Used the way you've given it, "R" refers to "Relationship."

It can also refer to "Recovery," as in "my spouse and I want to R the M."

UA = Undivided Attention

This is the acronym used to signify the minimum time set aside every week for Undivided Attention. The minimum time need to maintain romantic love is about 15 hours each week. This is what Dr. Harley discovered through his research. To restore romantic love, a minimum of 20 - 25 hours is needed.

UA means, too, that the couple is focused on each other, with no children or friends around, meeting each others intimate emotional needs. No tv, computer, phone.

UA = Undivided Attention

No, it has to do with the placement of threads in the index. Threads are sorted by those with the most recent posts appearing first. When a noteworthy thread sinks low in the list due to inactivity and someone want to bring it to the top, they post to it so as to "bump" it to the top. All that "bump" means is that the post was made to bring the thread back to the top of the forum.

However, SSLs can be fostered at home, right under the spouse's nose. Where there is an absence of technical (online and telecommunications) transparency, it is easy to conduct a SSL in the comfort of the home.

When a spouse travels overnight for work, a SSL is almost inevitable, by one or other spouse. The spouse that travels can stay in hotel rooms with a colleague, or the stay-at-home spouse can spend time with an affair partner.
