New here and I just ran across the Brickhouse information. I wanted to ask a question before WH gets home. Can the Cell Phone Recon be installed on a locked phone? He almost always has it with him, but I may be able to get it for a bit, but it will be locked with a security code. Any ideas? Brickhouse was closed for the rest of the weekend or I would ask them. I am considering the whole kit if I can afford it, or at least this and GPS. Thank you!
