It has been a while since my last post but things are still just about the same. Just to be clear I am not there to learn how to take/bring her back. I am hear because the D is unavoidable and she is getting in the way of my social life. Here goes the story.......
When I got back from Vermont a while ago I found out that she had taked out a restraining order against me. I have no problem with that. I was very much over alot of the garbage that I had been buried in by her. I was getting alot of help from my new friends at an auto parts store in the town where I work. As soon as she realized what I was doing there she got a job working for the same store. I would not have a problem with this except that her restraining order is now keeping me away from my new proto-social life. I am just furious about the way she is acting right now. I would start over again but I am sure that she would just plop her a** right down in the middle of any new life I may attempt to build. How do you handle a situation like this? can I consider her getting a job with my friends harassment? If so would it hold up in court? Somebody please help I really need advice on this.

Confused,
That realy sucks!

I would make arrangements to meet with your friends out side of work. Show her that she isn't stopping you, just making you do things differently

Best to you

Well there is an updae here! I have been told that her lawyer said that her working with my friends is "very bad". She may very well be leaving my life completely. I should note that I was the one that told her lawyer about this little situation I can be just as evil as her given the chance.........I just wish I did not have to be...

So. She takes out a RO against you.. then goes and works at the same frigging store as you!!? Sounds like a bunch of LYING to me on her part. I would file a motion with the court to have the RO removed, seeing that she apparently does not care about it as she does not feel 'threatened' by you, working in the same place as you! Hanging out with YOUR friends. She needs to be shown that she can't just go around filing FAKE papers with the court. Not to 'get her back' but to get her harrassing you off your back.. Do it. Call her out on this one.

To clarify: she does not work in the same place as me. She only works with my friends. I did call her out on it and she was forced to quit at that job by her lawyer. That is what you get for not showing up to court and letting your STBXH (me) sit down and talk to your lawyer. I said a few things and got her in a little trouble. She always said that she was not someone you would want to mess with....she has met her match.
