When I was a kid, I was a chocolate nut. I ate way too much of it, to the point where now, I DO get the cravings for it now and then, but I only need a little bit at a time.
Basically, a whole chocolate bar doesn't do much more for me than a little Hershey's kiss. I just need that chocolate taste once in a while.
I understand for women, it's different, even chemical, hence why the chocolate craving tends to be so much stronger and in such greater quantity.
Probably like the way I feel about beer. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

Ladies, if you were single and you had to choose from two equally good men, where one guy worked as a top executive of a fortune 100 company, and a the other as a worker at a Hershey chocolate plant, which would you choose?

Sadly, I would have to pick the executive as I am an admitted chocoholic. I love chocolate! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

TMCM-
It would have to be the chocolate worker. Fortune 500 is too demanding! He'd never be at home.
I would much rather have a man coming home smelling of chocolate ANY time..... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
I can't eat it thought...it gives me pimples...eeeewww!

Something about going shopping for groceries and passing by a perfectly good bag of Hershey kisses, well it just doesn't do a body good to keep eating them all the time. I especially enjoy the extra large bags, M&M's are quite habit forming as well. Kids won't eat their dinner, and all of that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

Ok, at the risk of starting something I shouldn't, I gotta tell you guys about this sign I saw on my way to the library. One of those big Coca Cola banners that advertises events at different locations.
There's a chain of IGA stores and gas stations in WI called [censored]'s. Now, if it was me.... I'd change the name, but anyway..... here's what the sign said:
POLICE - FIRE - EMS HANDS ON DISPLAY [censored]'S SAT 1-4
After practically injuring my neck trying to make sure I read it correctly, I nearly drove off the road I was laughing so hard. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="images/icons/blush.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="images/icons/blush.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Cerri it could have been much worse if the sign had a woman smiling and saying 'I love [censored]'. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

We have a sporting goods chain here called "[censored]'s" as well. Always wonder why they haven't changed their name either.

Here's an interesting new show that some of you may want to check out. It's on Showtime and it's called "Out of Order".
I like cable shows since they can be uncensored and therefore more realistic. This show centers around a couple in their late 30's or early 40's, married 16 years, who are strugging with depression issues (the wife) and infidelity (the husband).
It's a very intriguing show, and, despite the age difference in the characters, I was able to see a lot of similarities in the couple to my W and myself (except for the husband's infidelity, of course).
The show is a regular series, just started a week ago, so you MIGHT be able to find reruns and catch up. But it's good.
The first episode, which is all I watched so far, introduced you to the couple -- A pair of movie screenwriters. The wife is in a deep clinical depression, strugging with her medication, and issues from her past (abuse, bad parenting, etc). Her husband is struggling with his wife as her depression deepends and she begins to spiral out of control, starting to get addicted to alcohol and drugs, spending late nights out with friends, starting to ignore their son, etc. It's obvious where the show is leading, and by the end, the husband is starting a PA with a woman he meets at his son's soccer games.
The downward spiral of things is portrayed very well -- The wife trying so hard to deal with her depression but being overcome by it (there's a great scene where she just tries to explain to her husband how her depression is just consuming her every moment and he can't understand, though he tries). The husband attempting to comfort his wife as much as he can, but growing increasingly weary of the fight and of his home life. The husband then obsessing over encounters with the affair partner. It's all very well acted, and I'd say, pretty accurate.
Of course, there's a lot more to it than that, and I'm sure things are going to get a lot more out of whack as the season goes on, and will certainly show every angle regarding an affair, the affect on the marriage, the children, and even the affair partner.
Highly recommended.

The premiere episode airs this Saturday night on Showtime if anyone is interested. I recommend it, I think you'll enjoy it. The second episode was quite good as well.
Sick today...Really nasty sore throat that I may have to go to the doctor for, but I'm holding off until after the weekend, got a beer festival and a cousin's wedding to attend. Ah, the fun of a busy summer weekend. Just wish I wasn't sick for it all.
Hope you're all still with me...There will be more news next week as I did send the divorce papers to W to "serve" her this week, and next Friday comes the big meeting with W, first time in like 3 months almost I'd say.
And Wednesday's my birthday, too. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

Thanks, 2long. I'm turning 30! It's scary.
STTSI and W -- Thanks. It's on the 18th, just a few short days left in my 20's. *Shudder*
Doing generally okay over the last couple of days. Sometimes I think and wonder what W is thinking, if she's happy and celebrating the fact she is getting her Dv, or if she ever considers that she made the wrong decision now that it's become a reality. Of course, there's no way I can find that out, so it does no good to obsess over it, but I sure am curious.
I expect by now the papers will have reached her, though I'm not sure when she'll actually get to sign for them due to her work schedule. I assume next week at the latest, she'd just have to go to the post office and pick them up. At that point she'll have tangible documents showing her that yes, the process has been started.
Next week I have to see the notary myself once I get proof that she's signed for the papers, and then of course a week from today there's the infamous meeting with W to sign over the car, sign the marriage settlement agreement, and I also got something from my insurance company she has to sign as well so she can be removed from the policy.
Should be an interesting day one week from now.
