You can plan A by avoiding any love Busters and improving yourself to become more attaractive to your wife.
She seems reasonable insofar as she is allowing you to visit your child even though she isn't required to.

You may want to consider taking an anger management class.
And read the book love Busters.

Listen, I have no idea what your problem is, but knock it off with the insinuations. I don't need an anger management class. There is no way after a couple of your comments that I could take your advice- about anything.

Probate court?? Where did you pull that one Jedi?

Wilderness ... Do you have an attorney?

I really don't get this business of your mom and her mom getting together with you to negotiate your relationship. You're both 38 years old. Get BOTH of your mothers out of your relationship.

If her mom doesn't want you around, I don't get why she would want the restraining order removed....seems to fit her agenda perfectly!
I think you need to follow the order to a "T". Plan B so to speak.
Clean up your issues in the meantime.

Lexxxy, here you go (probate court).

Why not try Plan A for 6 months before fighting her?

It's actually not the same court. The RO is issued from civil court, the custody is issued from probate court. BUT I would consider possibly doing the plan A, depending on a couple of things. First of all, how long does it typically take to work?
Is there any utility in trying it for a few weeks, or is that a waste? The time is the biggest factor for me...

I've already given the facts. She cheated, lied, took advantage of me, stole from me, took advantage of my family, and made a false allegation against me. None of this is my fault. Period.

Do you have a lawyer?

Did you read the Plan B thread I posted to you?

Do you own a VAR?

XMIL probably wants the RO removed, I'd guess, because there is no way that XW and XMIL can handle taking care of my daughter without my help (they live together at this time). This is true both financially and otherwise. I do not have an attorney right now, but I will most likely get one soon. I am following the RO to a tee, as long as it lasts (it won't be long). The key thing is what I'm going to do once they drop the RO. They will want to negotiate me giving them more money, that's for absolute certain.

I did read it. I kind of like that plan, maybe I'll try it.

Guess nothing. Do not think you know what they are planning/thinking/needing from you.

Definitely get an attorney as soon as possible to advice you.

Attorney or not, I have no choice but to guess. I can't talk to these people due to the RO.

Got the first request for money, from mother in law. She made it to my step father. Pretty typical of the way things went my entire marriage- the rules in their minds strictly apply to me, but not them.

I love how many people on this forum give excuses for these evil wayward spouses.

Sir. What did Jesus do when the people were about to stone the adulteress?

Jesus most certainly did NOT try and justify the sin.

Your ex-wife is one of those evil wayward spouses, and yet you wanted to remarry her. Why was that, if she is evil?

You're kidding, right?
