My heart yearns to let loose and release a melody of reflections and ponderings, but I find it best to pull back the reins on the bridle of my soul.
today seems to be the hardest, yet I thought that yesterday. Perhaps tomorrow will be better, for then, it will be...another day...

Hi my 'oldtimer' friend Lighthouse,
When I see you here I just have to say 'Hi'. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods...things are fine here.
Took a trip back home this passed week - was busy but nice to see family and friends again. My husbands grandmother passed away while we were on our way home last night. Was a blessing to know we got to see her and that she went on to be with the Lord.
Even though it is always sad it seems nicer when people we love pass in the spring...springtime always gives some hope doesn't it?

Haven't seen you here in a bit. Glad you had a good trip...sorry to hear about your H's grandmother.
Life marches on here on my end. Enjoyed a week away from school...to get things done around our place. Funny how vacation times whiz by in a blink. Yet, the older one gets, it seems all of life does...zips by, that is.
Nice to hear all is well in your world. :-)

Hey Lighthouse, Have you heard that song by Five for Fighting - 100 years? I just downloaded it from the iTunes site. Just a neat song, I love to listen to it loud. Makes me tear up. I guess it just touches a cord in the heart. Life is short. Really feels like that is how fast time goes. Hope your having a good evening. iTunes: It's a Mac thing. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> But you can buy songs for a buck. You may find it on the juke-box thing too..I imagine in a lot of places as it is real popular. Hope you enjoy it.

found itunes...and that song. Great tune. Just didn't know it by name. Thanks for the suggestion...hope I can limit my expenditures. This could get addicting. :-)

Hey - great glad you found it...it is a good song isn't it? Yeah iTunes could add up after awhile but it is nice to be able to grab just a song or too and mix them up. So go easy there! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />
