My WH would not work on our marriage. I've been working my a@$ off trying to make things better. I told him Saturday that he better start trying a little harder or just leave. I set a date that I needed to know if he was going or staying (about 4wks away).
Well, he's running away so fast he could win the Boston Marathon. First thing this morning he went to find an apartment. Of course I am devistated. Figures, my SAA and HNHN books arrived just after he left!
I just hope he comes out of this fog, gets counceling, and comes back to his family. I think he is just going to run away further though.
I could sure use some inspiration stories! Any WS come back? Will the fog lift now that he is on his own or will he forget about us?
Melissa

(((((((((((((((((((((((Melissa)))))))))))))))))))))
So sorry to hear the news. My wife told me once she was leaving in a month and that lasted about 4 days so I know exacltly how you feel.
I wish I had advice, but I'm 1 day from my "D" final date and my wife's head is still way up in the fog. Take care of yourself, honey and we'll be here for you if you need to vent.
Hugs, Prayers, & Thoughts
------------------
Love, Bill
-There are none so blind as those who refuse to see!-
-Stand up and do the right thing, even if your standing alone.-

Connorsmom,
I've been away for a few days. So sorry to hear of the recent developments. I think a review of planA would be good right now. Please do that! It sounds like you still want your marraige to work so you have to be ready to go to work.
If you want the email address where I am staying let me know!
((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))
Take Care.

I know this is so hard for you. So many of us here are going through or have gone through the same thing. My STBX left a year ago in June. The same as you I have tried everything. Sometimes I see the old husband, but I am afraid he is gone forever. All I can say is don't give up on YOURSELF. Take care of yourself. There will be good days and horrible days. Remember you are valuable and wonderful person. Lean on people when you are weak and always remember you have yourself when you have no one else.
Love,
TB

{{{{{{{Big Hugs}}}}}}}} I hope your husband runs, not walks back to you soon! I know he will not forget about you. Most of the time (it seems) that when you least expect it and/or want it, WSs come back.
Hang in there and don't get too comfortable! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{connorsmom}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
Well, guess what? Some WS's do come back, and I am living proof of one person who's H came back. But my advice for you would be the same, whether you H wises up and decides to come home or not. Keep working on you. Be the woman that God intended you to be, whether he is a jerk or not. Be the wife that you have the potential to be, whether he comes back or not. And then, in the end, whether he runs away or whether he has the courage to come back, you will be able to hold your head up and KNOW that you acted the way you knew was right.
You know what else? I would suggest that you come in here and write to us all of your fears and worries, and let us give you some hugs and support. You deserve it.
{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{connorsmom}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
I wish you weren't here, but since you are, welcome.

CJ
------------------
Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
