Has anyone ever heard or EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). It is used to treat Post Tramatic Stress. Believe me, I never thought of my pain after my wife's affair as PTSD, but it is. Before my councilor introduced me to it, I did not think I could handle the mental pictures and scenarios I was creating in my mind. After the first session, I could tell a difference. I went from obsessing to acceptance to content. I am not haunted by the memories. I have a long way to go still, and more sessions will help. I encourage everyone to do a little research on EMDR and find a PTSD specialist. Give it a try....Good Luck
