...can be an almost spiritual experience. :-)
You really couldn't ask for a prettier fall morning here today.
The sun was rising and had painted an assortment of passing clouds a hue of pastel colors across an incredible blue sky. The morning temp is in the upper 30's with not even the slight hint of a breeze. The lawn is littered with fallen leaves and you can see a cloud of mist hovering over the neighboring pond. I could smell the faint remenants of smoke in the air that lingered from yesterday's fire that burned all day in our fireplace.
If you are quiet enough, you can hear faint whispers in the still of the air, along with the strokes of God's paintbrush that works faithfully upon the easels of our heart. And you cannot help but wonder why our dreams differ so often with His.
