I think my STBXW is crazy. Certified. Some of you may know my story as it's pretty long and crazy.
Anyway, we finally went to court to sit trial for our divorce. The day before, listen to the proposal my generous wife offered.
She wants both homes in exchange for cash payout much lower than my share of the equity. The home business, half my pension, 95% of my pay for the next six years.
I almost took it. Yeah right.
She offered me a legal separation weeks ago with the stip of working on our marriage. Told her I couldn't work on us with a gun to my head. Do you want it or not?
Funny, her little old lawyer keeps getting in my face about what we'll lose if we go to trial. Each time I simply said, "Let's go. I'm ready". She just can't break someone who's lost so much already.
This little old wench took my wife for $20,000 (of our money) just to get her to the bitter end and they're now afraid to go before the judge with their ridiculous demands. Mind you, I thank God I took the high rode all this time by paying my support, keeping us in decent financial shape. No infidelity. Nothing that she can throw at me.
My atty is just sitting back ready to pound my wife on the stand about how she threw me out, then never secured any sort of job to help herself. Yet, she wants my blood to go with it.
When we left the court, my W ended up in front of me on a local road. Drove real slow to hold me up as I was going to work, then gave me the finger in the rear view. Sounds like a frustrated loser to me.
Turned out, the court placed a jury trial before us in anticipation that we'd be settled like most cases. Because I didn't give in to their bull crap demands, we're postponed another month by the court.
She'll have to stew some more because either way, she loses. She won't work and simply can't afford to stay where she is. The same woman that lied to the court to have me removed, Christened my baby daughter without telling me, while her family partied under the roof I that pay for.
Now they'll all have to get out and my heart breaks for my kids. But we have no choice. God don't like ugly.
