Did I read correctly that your husband works for the oil industry and doesn't have to travel?

I'm looking at leaving teaching to make more money. I know the oil industry is doing well right now. You mentioned safety. Can you talk to your husband and ask him if it's possible for someone to get into the industry with no experience and make $50K+ annually? I have a B.A. and an M.S. degree.

What he told me was that he doesn't travel because he is in a senior HSE position, however, some of the HSE people at the district level DO have to travel. [some don't] He did say his company has a huge district very close to you and he checked and said there are a lot of positions open now. I am pretty sure you would make much more than 50k. You can go here and check it out: **edit**

Let me know when you have read that and I will remove the link. Good luck!
