He did sign up to meet someone online but it was me over-rationalizing it. He showed me his ad. It is to meet a golf buddy only.
Yes, additions are hard to get over but he really is truly sorry and with my feelings at stake he quit. He doesn't want to lose me. Last night, he made a comment that about porn. He says it was the most stupid thing he has ever done. He now plays computer games.
I know for some people it is really hard to understand how another group of people going through similiar problems can actually make it. That is easy...everyone is not made the same and with that all relationships are not the same either. We are the happiest we have been in a long time and I am not going to think about the past.

I think ignoring the past is a bad idea.
"Yes, additions are hard to get over but he really is truly sorry..."
Being truly sorry for it and stopping it are TWO completely different things.
"and with my feelings at stake he quit." You cannot quit an addiction becasue of someone else's feelings or what someone else wants. It has to come from inside yourself.
Please tell me he is in counseling for this. I think you are making a big mistake if you say everything is ok now and you refuse to look at the past...just my opinion...
