I installed a keylogger software on WS's computer. However, the recorded data does NOT stay! It is deleted somehow!
How can I find out if WS has installed an anti-keylogger software?
Is there a way for me to disable an anti-keylogger w/o WS knowing it has been disabled?

Which keylogger? A lot of them are deleted by antivirus programs, so your data not staying may be due to the keylogger being disabled by an antivirus.

Check to make sure the keylogger program is excluded from antivirus scans (boot up, scheduled and custom scans).

Keylogger Software: Web Watcher 7.0.
Antivirus Software is Avira Antivir Personal.
When I set up the KL, I put the software in the Scan Exclusions & Guard Exclusions in the Avira configuration.
I have reinstalled the KL software 3 times.
After each installation, the software works for 24 hours, then I lose ALL OF THE RECORDED DATA!
ALL OF IT!!!!!
And, of course, WW is NOT recording ANY data!
That is why I'm wondering if there is anti-keylogger software in the target computer...
And, interestingly enough, the WW "Download" option has expired!
$100 down the drain!
WW will not refund my funds because my 3-day refund window is long gone!
Any thoughts? banghead

I'm assuming you got it figured out?

If not, and if you have Windows Defender installed, make sure it excludes the keylogger files as well. I've also seen an adware (Ad-Aware, Spybot, etc.) program kick out a keylogger as well. Those can just be uninstalled if needed.

Thank you for your kind reply, Northwood8900!

No! I have NOT figured it out!
The following software is installed in the target computer:

Avira AntiVir Personal
Malware Bytes
SuperAntiSpyware
Fix Cleaner
Driver Update

Web Watcher says none of the above will interfere with their software...

However, their software is NOT recording ANY data now!

To make matters worse, I can no longer re-install WW software unless I purchase it AGAIN!!!!!

Your thoughts?

When I looked at the WW site, it said that you can reinstall on another computer as long as you use the same licensing #. In other words, you are allowed to install it as many times as you want as long as it's only on one computer, so why can't you reinstall it?

Also, the WW site has the option, for $40 extra, for the technicians at the company to take over the computer you're on and do the installing for you. Maybe you could do it that way.

Sorry, no real idea other than to make sure that those programs exclude the keylogger. Or, if you think it won't be noticed, just uninstall everything but the antivirus and see if it works.

It sounds like it's going to get expensive for you.

I have had good luck with eblaster which is around $100.

Northwood8900 ~
Okay...
I contacted WW Live Chat yesterday after work...
I was able to download the WW software onto my mom's computer...
It took a very long time BUT it is now on her C!!!
All I need to do now is burn the software onto a dvd rw, which I plan to do today!
Yes! I SHOULD have done this in the beginning...
When I purchased WW & downloaded it initially, I was fat, dumb & happy, thinking that all would be well!
Shame on ME!
Anyway, I have contacted Fix Cleaner & Avira...
Neither of those softwares will detect/disable a keylogger...
That is why I am wondering if H has an anti-keylogger software installed in his C...
I would love to know how to find it & disable it!
Thank you for helping me...
