I'm sorry if this has been asked before. Does anyone know how I can get to my spouse's passwords for email and Facebook? My spouse keeps these very restricted to me but I need to see what is in there.

Installing a keylogger and getting the passwords when your spouse types them in is going to be the easiest way.
