Gee you guys are awfully chatty today! Nobody even said they missed me!

Counseling got pretty heated! I was surprised that we both were still real worked up about this because with him gone we haven't talked about it in a week. But my H got frustrated and started raising his voice (he NEVER does) and then I got emotional and started crying. It started off really bad. But the good thing about MC that you will soon discover Rocked is that some topics are best left discussed with your MC. So when things get like they did today, she gets us on the right track and we can leave feeling better about things. At home, we both would have been mad for the rest of the day.

Anyway, busy day so I gotta run. Just wanted to let you know how it went.

Hi, 2! Glad to read your MC is helping so much.
Funny, I just had a little conversation with H yesterday about something I had read(me and my reading)...when men get angry (raise voice) and women cry, it means exactly the same thing...both are feeling unloved and disrespected.
I told him when he raises an octive (splg) I want to cry in my frustration.

Hey all,

I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend. We did nothing..which was good and bad. We had done so much in the past two weeks that it was nice to sit at home. Plus, we basically live in the State Park, so we had stuff to do when we needed to.

It was a rough weekend for me emotionally. Those dwelling issues looming in my brain all weekend. All I kept thinking was of Rocked saying that we should stop the dwelling <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> I have been trying very hard..but I think I have told you all that I am having trouble with imagery lately. That has turned into anger and sadness and back to anger then back to not dwelling again. I know that these times are normal...but I always feel like I am totally backsliding when they happen.

Also, I had a big argument with my H about my privacy. Now you all know that I basically tell him everything...I always have. Well, the other day, I was talking to DogMom...and I hid what I was writing. I just wanted to share some of my hurt feelings and anger(which he already knew all about) with someone without worrying how he would feel if he read it. Well, he got really mad at me. I could understand, sorta. He was hurt that I was being deceitful...Can you believe that? ME! Well, I tried to resolve it without bringing up the affair, but of course that did come up. I said, H, the way you feel right now...Well, that is how I feel everyday! I constantly feel hurt and betrayed...and the conversations that you had secretly were with another woman, who you had sex with...AND TOLD HER YOU LOVE HER!!!!!! How can talking to my female friend..who I do love..but not like that<img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />...and sharing feelings that he already knows about be that bad??? AAAGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

My fam and I enjoyed Bush Gardens Sunday after church, and a very relaxed Monday at home.
