Does anybody have the work book that goes with the two books on here? Is the workbook helpful? Would we actually have to read the books to get something out of the workbook? My husband isnt into reading much. Or is the online "free" basic concepts enough?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Velvet, yes I have the workbook. My opinions below - hope they are helpful.

Would we actually have to read the books to get something out of the workbook?
Well, YES. You would need to read the books to understand and get the most out of the workbooks. I recommend reading the books even if you don't use the workbooks.

Is the workbook helpful?
I think the workbook is helpful because it's one place to write all of the results of the questionaires. I would recommend each of you having your own if you are doing these exercises together. Also, I usually need extra pieces of paper.

My husband isnt into reading much...is the online "free" basic concepts enough?
If your H isn't that into reading, you could both start slowly with a couple of the "free" concepts and see what his reception is. You can base your decision to buy a workbook or not from there.

Good luck,
Sally
