Sex is the basis for any intimate relationship. It's not the be-all and the end-all of marriage, but without it, the relationship ain't goin' nowhere. Heterosexual erotic intimacy, which is "When a man loves a woman" (& vice-versa!) is what it's all about, man. And you can't have that except on the basis of physical sex. So when that goes, as it does if one or the other partner is seeking this elsewhere, then the relationship goes. It just does. I think we all wish this weren't so, that love is somehow above sex, has to with God, etc., etc. But the plain fact is, the whole system is built on the bed! I mean, why do you think there are 10x as many posts on the Infidelity forum as on any of the others? Wake up, man!<P>--Wex
