Jen, England very brief reniassance at sport is well and truly over. Stuffed by even the ARGIES at Rugby union, dropping a good chance of a draw against the aussies in the ashes on our toe, after our brilliance in 2001- 2003 , hopeless at soccer as always ...it sour national "sports personality of the year" next week, and I have no idea if we have any that we can choose. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Sports? Well it could be croquet. But what about the sheep? Maybe they play in a pasture.

Tee hee B, you're closer to the truth than you could ever imagine.

A rugby field in NZ is called a "paddock" which translates to "pasture" in US.

But that isn't the reason that Aussie is being rude about a nation of sheepfarmers (us) who did a very, very fine job of beating their rugby team (rather spectactularly) just recently.
