I am away from home 3 nights each week because of school. To make my family feel loved, I do my best to prepare meals over the weekend. In the morning, before work, I set the table for them, each has an inspirational note/quote on their plate. For my daughter, I place a short prayer on her pillow for bedtime. I plan on recording myself reading storybooks for her to read at bedtime...hopefully soon.

I felt like responding to this. I never felt I had done anything too great with my kids, but they still comment about my Mouse and Kitty stories I told when they were younger. All I did was tell a story about a mouse and kitty going on their daily walk. <BR>They always seemed to see the things that were happening or could happen in our neighborhood. Such a simple thing, to still hear the kids talk about the stories. It was all worth it.
